2002년 서울시 조경상 은상을 수상한 작품으로서, 특히 열악한 주변 도시환경에 활력이 되는 주거환경개선에 주력했다. 단지 내 60m폭의 100여m에 이르는 3개의 대규모 오픈스페이스를 확보하여 시각적 개방감을 주고 2세대씩 필로티로 처리하여 조성한 순환 산책로를 따라 어디서나 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하였다.

대규모 open pace에는 스탠드가 조성된 미니축구장 등 실질적으로 이용되는 시설로 구성하여 활기가 넘치는 공원 속의 주거단지가 되도록 했다. 단지를 가로지르는 도시계획도로를 곡선형의 도로로 바꾸어 차량의 과속을 방지하고, 분리된 오픈스페이스가 하나로 느낄 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 도전적인 시도는 단지배치 계획에 참여하여 건축과 협업한 결과라 하겠다.

This apartment complex was awarded with silver medal for landscape architecture in 2002 from city of Seoul. It was planned with a concept of living space with green, health and excitement. Considering poor surrounding environment, we focused on urban functionality and improvement of living environment and built a circular path by building piloti for every two units and secured three open spaces that are 60 meters wide and about 100 meters in size to give visual effect of openness and easy access. Also, the large open space was created as a practical place with facilities and a park within the complex. In the complex classified as urban planning road, curvaceous roads were built to prevent speeding, and cherry trees were planted along the road to create a beautiful and pleasant.
